THE COMPANY

Technology with
a practical purpose.

Zwelde Tech is the brand of Zwelde Technologies LLC, a Missouri technology company focused on developing and operating software services.

Our first product, LeadLatch, focuses on a familiar problem: keeping track of new customer inquiries while the workday is already moving.

INTRODUCING LEADLATCH

On the job.
Still in the conversation.

Designed for owner-operated service businesses, LeadLatch brings missed-call inquiries, intake details, and follow-up into one place. LeadLatch is in prelaunch testing and is not yet available for public purchase.

HOW IT WORKS

From a missed call
to a clear next step.

You stay focused on the job. LeadLatch is being built to help you collect the next inquiry and pick up the conversation when you’re ready.

  1. 01

    Connect your business line

The planned setup uses conditional call forwarding to a dedicated number when you cannot answer. Your carrier’s support and voicemail behavior are checked during setup.

  2. 02

    Capture the missed inquiry

An unanswered customer call starts the planned intake workflow, so you have a place to review the inquiry while you’re occupied.

  3. 03

    Invite the customer to reply

For eligible callers who have provided the required consent, a follow-up text invites them to share what they need. Messaging must be approved and enabled first.

  4. 04

    Review the details

Text intake is designed to gather the customer’s request and relevant job photos. Review the information and decide how to respond.

  5. 05

Follow up and track the outcome

Contact the customer to discuss a quote or appointment, then track won or lost work and record completed-job value. You remain in charge of the customer relationship.

This is the planned workflow. LeadLatch is in development, and live service testing is underway. Phone-provider compatibility, messaging approval, caller consent, and an active service setup are required. It does not automatically guarantee a booking or a sale.

INDUSTRIES

Your work is different.
The next inquiry still matters.

A few useful answers.

Can I download LeadLatch today?

Not yet. We are completing service setup and real-device testing before making the app publicly available. Store download links will be added when the app is released.

Is LeadLatch only for plumbers?

No. We’re designing LeadLatch for owner-operated service businesses, including trades, automotive, outdoor, cleaning, property, and event services. The common need is following up on customer inquiries when you cannot answer a call. Setup requirements and suitability will be confirmed before service starts.

Will I keep my existing business number?

The planned setup keeps your business number with your current carrier and uses conditional forwarding for unanswered or busy calls. Carrier support and voicemail behavior must be checked during setup.

Does every missed caller automatically receive a text?

No. Messaging requires the applicable approvals and documented caller consent. LeadLatch is being built to keep messaging disabled until these conditions are met.

Is this an emergency service?

No. LeadLatch is a business inquiry tool, not an emergency dispatch service. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services directly.

How can I reach you?

You can email us from our contact and support page. There is no signup or payment form here. Our Privacy Policy explains how website visits and emails are handled.
